Blix will collect personal data when you make an account in the Blix Batteries App. We collect certain information from you, including your name, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, phone number, access camera and location data. In additional we will collect IP address, information about your device and information about your use of our App. We refer to this information as “Account information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Account Information.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Personal Information that we collect generally to fulfill your use of our services in the Blix Batteries App, as well as to develop Blix services regarding functionality and security. In additional also for purpose of analyse markets and customers.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use manage and improve, as described above. For example, we use the following third parties:

– Insurance companies, in order to manage and handle insurance claims regarding issues that covers of our third part insurance company.

– IT service companies, in purpose to manage and handle security and developing of our business software and App.

– Law enforcement agencies, including the police. If Blix are legally responsible to give personal information.

– Potential buyers and seller, if Blix have a potential seller and buyer we may share personal information.

Geographic location where we handle your personal information

Your personal information will mostly be used within EU/EES, but might be transferred to countries out side EU/EES if the third part company use that kind of location while handling your personal information. Blix will make sure the recipient are connected to Privacy Shield or make sure the recipient have signed a contract consist of agreements of handle the information in law by GDPR.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data retention

When you create an order through our App, we will maintain your Personal Information for as long you are a customer to Blix and have an account in our App.


The Blix App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will notify you by email if the changes include vital changes such as new contact details, changes of your rights or the purpose of your personal information.
